Hi there! I’m Nadia Hyatt, a somatic bodyworker and guide on the path of emotional and spiritual healing. My work is rooted in my own journey of transformation, one that began in a conservative upbringing in Cairo, where I learned early to hide my body, my feelings, and my sensuality. For years, I felt disconnected from myself, weighed down by shame and a deep longing to feel free.

That longing eventually led me to somatic healing and Dearmouring. My first sessions were life-changing. I cried, I breathed, and for the first time in years, I felt at home in my body. This experience opened a path of healing and growth that continues to this day.

Now, I hold space for others to explore their own healing. My work is about creating safety and connection, helping you release what no longer serves you, and guiding you back to a sense of peace and wholeness. Through presence, breath, and intuitive touch, we listen to the body’s wisdom and allow it to lead the way.

I am currently travelling in India undergoing some further trainings and will be back in Aswan, Egypt from April 2026. Please still reach out if you are interested in my work.
