Rebalancing bodywork is a deep and meditative form of somatic bodywork that supports the body to release tension, soften holding patterns, and return to natural alignment.

Through conscious touch, fascia release, deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation, assisted stretches, and breath awareness, this session invites you to reconnect with your body from the inside. It is a massage for the whole being . Body, breath, emotions, energy, and awareness.

What is Rebalancing Bodywork?

Rebalancing Bodywork works with the body as one connected system.

Instead of focusing only on one painful area, we listen to the relationship between your muscles, fascia, posture, breath, emotions, and nervous system. The body is not separate from what we feel. It holds stress, protection, habits, memories, and old patterns.

In a session, we may work with deep tissue massage, myofascial release, gentle movement, stretches, joint release, breath, and stillness. The intention is not to force the body, but to create the right conditions for the body to let go naturally.

It is bodywork with presence.
It is touch with awareness.
It is a journey back to your centre.

How does a session work?

Each session begins with a short conversation. We take time to feel what is present for you physically, emotionally, and energetically.

You may come with back pain, shoulder tension, stress, emotional heaviness, postural imbalance, or simply a wish to reconnect with your body. Together, we listen to what your body is asking for.

You will then lie comfortably on a massage table. Depending on your needs, the session may include:

  • slow, deep tissue massage

  • fascia release and myofascial bodywork

  • joint mobilisation

  • assisted stretches

  • rocking and gentle movement

  • breath awareness

  • grounding touch

  • moments of stillness and integration

The session can work with the back, shoulders, neck, chest, arms, pelvis, legs, feet, and diaphragm. Sometimes we work deeply with a specific area, and sometimes we work more gently with the whole body.

Your breath is an important part of the process. Breathing into the touch helps the body soften, release, and receive.

At the end of the session, there is time to rest, feel the changes, and slowly return. You may feel more spacious, grounded, open, relaxed, or connected to yourself.
